Hi Everyone, I need some advice. I've been on the bench for 2 months and am actively looking outside. A company has started my BGV, and I expect an offer soon. I mentioned 30 days negotiable notice during interviews, but I'm unsure about the next steps:
1. Should I resign now or wait for the offer?
2. Being on the bench, is it likely I'll get a 30-day release, or could there be issues?
