I have a personal/matrimonial case currently under trial, where an false FIR has been filed under Sections 498A and 406. I wanted to understand how such situations are typically handled during BGV in big4s like Deloitte/PWC.

- Is it better to proactively disclose this during BGV, or only if specifically asked?
- Does a pending criminal case like this without conviction) generally impact employment decisions?

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
