I recently received an offer for a Full Stack Developer role with a salary of ₹17,000 per month.

The offer includes:

- 90-day probation with a 1-week notice period.
- An Independent Consultant agreement (not a permanent employee).
- A clause stating that if I voluntarily leave within one year, I will be liable to pay ₹1,00,000.

The agreement does not mention any training, certification

I would really appreciate advice from people who have had similar experiences.
