I recently received an offer from Accenture for a 16LPA( including 3LPA variable pay )for a Frontend Developer role. I have 4.8 years of experience.
Currently, I am in my notice period, and my last working day is March 26.i try to ask him more but he told he cant go above this budget.
Also, my joining date has not been finalized yet because it is mutual joing date (i have to confirm)
Is there any possibility to negotiate after the offer is released?

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit.
