I want to get release from my internal project, as I have offer and asking me to join on 23 june.
As I having dependency in my current project and no resource has been identified my manager is not letting me go. I tried to refer soruces and get them interviewed but all of them failed the interview But my finiancial condition is very bad thus at cost i need to join the next firm at any cost.
I had already extended my joining date by 20 days.
What options i have

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.
When can I apply again??

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
