If someone worked in a company for only 2–3 months, how do you usually explain that to recruiters when they ask why you are leaving so soon? Also, should such a short stint be mentioned in the resume or is it okay to leave it out?

I'm a java backend developer (total 5.2years experience, 4 years in 1st company, 1 yaer in 2nd company, now 3rd company just 2 months...)

Would appreciate any advice or real experiences.

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. I am only a second year SPED teacher and my eyes are already wide open to the fact that admin and Gen Ed teachers so often fail to inform me about important things regarding the grade levels I teach and other school events. I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do
