HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Will i get interviewed @accenture or not....
