I’m currently working at HCLTech with 2.6 years of experience and a 4.7 LPA package. I’ve received an offer from Capgemini for a B2 Consultant role with 7 LPA.

The interview wasn’t client-based, which makes me a bit concerned. Also, I’ve been in a support role so far, and this new position is in development. Though the interviewer was impressed, I’m unsure if I can manage.

Is this a good opportunity to switch? Would appreciate your advice. Thanks!

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

Hello fishes, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company). it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
