Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! My flex time has been greatly reduced. I now will teach each day, all day. Tips for getting everything done? I don't have an assistant or other help. How do I manage the collection, EBOB team, yearbook, spelling bee, computers, and webpage (plus catalog, shelve, and repair books), run morning announcements, do lunch and carline duty, bookfairs, MTSS meetings, etc?
