During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

$CS look past the noise on this one. Could be a huge price turnaround on a 2-3 year life time considering this is a on-off event that has now been priced in. I am going to scale into LEAPS. Just started in-house and my days are full of meetings with little time in between to analyze or process anything. Is this typical? I keep taking lots of notes but haven’t had a chance to really review and reflect on my notes, to follow up and investigate or do any strategic or legal analysis. Lots of on the fly work for now. Maybe it’s like this just the first few days where I’m getting the lay of the land? But I suspect it’ll be like this for a while… Any tips appreciated.

I have 1.5 years of experience as an SAP BASIS CONSULTANT and I am looking for a switch.

but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.
