It has been 2 days since my PDM/managerial round for an Application Developer role. I have 4 years of experience as a Java developer. Salary discussion also happened during the round, and I answered as per company standard and market standard.

After that there is no HR call, no mail, and HR is not responding. Portal still shows interview process.

Can anyone share if this usually means feedback is pending, selected, or rejected in IBM process?

Solutions Architect with 20plus experience. 70/30 OTI is about 255k in the Washington DC area. Can I can make more elsewhere? Commision plan is favorable but just curious if I can get more just for 100% of quota.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
