Trying to come up with some project work for my University Sourcers to complete that will benefit my team. Their most recent ask was to generate a list of universities in each state that we source from within iCIMS. What other projects have you found to be beneficial to enhance recruiting efforts?

Companies with the best HR rotational programs out there? And ways to get into one from personal experience? I know masters pathways programs are prevalent with large companies, but interested to hear from any others out there what different paths they took into HR rotational programs.

How can I make my LinkedIn optimizable to 2 different roles. For example, I am interested in recruiting and project management roles. 2 of my previous jobs I worked as a clinical project manager but the projects I worked on I had to recruit (full cycle recruit) people to participate in the projects we were conducting. Is it okay to put Clinical Project Manger/Recruiter in my LinkedIn job titles for my previous companies?

How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out. However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.

I have a resume question!

I have 10 plus years of sales experience and 7 in an AE senior AE role however, when applying to positions that I know I am more than qualified for my resume is getting bot rejected before it even gets viewed. I am not sure why other than I do not have my b.a as I decided to pursue sales full time while in college and did not finish. This has not stopped me from getting interviews before , any ideas on how to get around the bots?

I am increasingly more dissatisfied each day working at my current company and of course I used that energy to apply for jobs. The process of hating my job and applying for a new job is so exhausting. I want to just quit my job right now and hope I get a job offer soon but I don’t like the idea of me being unemployed. I have been applying for jobs for about 2 months now with no luck. What is your advice to become mentally stronger in the job search process?

I have been an HR assistant for 2 years in the public sector 80% staffing 20% recruiting, I want to break out into the private sector and have 5+ interviews but never seen grab there attention. I have my MSHRM; which I got before I started working in HR, and a PHR but with this new HRM role I'm thinking of getting an HR Certification in Strategic Management. It is very costly. Has anyone taken any of these Certification programs? Is it worth it?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

Potential offers incoming from Gartner (AE), Salesforce (BDR), and a promising SaaS start up (BDR). Currently an AM at a IT services and staffing org. Want to get away from staffing regardless, but want to stay within technology. Unsure how to rank each opportunity.
Gartner lacks technology but I feel the skills I could learn would be invaluable and be a great resume add. Anyone ever been in the same boat? Or know how the benefits for SF and Gartner stack up?
