JPMC AWS DevOps/SWE2 interview. 3 YOE, BA graduate, current 11 LPA. R1 Virtual (1Month back), R2 F2F (2Weeks Back). Got HR email today: shortlisted but final selection pending, asked for salary slips, increment letter, resume, comp details. HR says feedback still pending. Anyone seen this before?

How do I know which LOB I am allocated to. I had no idea about LOBs before and now I find out that variable pays are going to be impacted according to LOBs.
