My cousin is joining LTI MindTree as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in March, he has been assigned to Kalinga, Bhubaneswar for his training wherein they're providing campus accommodation.

Has anyone here gone through that? What should he expect from the programme, and will he be allowed to carry his personal laptop in the campus for miscellaneous/leisure activities?

I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Received an offer letter with joining date of a week from a date of offer release. No discussion about my joining date previously, though they knew my notice period is 2 months. Now, when asked HR about revising offer letter with updated DOJ he says, first give me LWD Letter. How can I resign before I actually get confirmation of DOJ?
Please suggest. Should I resign and wait for them to send me offer?

Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.
