My unit head has recently escalated a request for my salary revision to higher management. I wanted to understand from others who may have gone through a similar process:

- How long does it typically take for such approvals?
- What are the chances of it getting approved vs deferred/rejected?
- Have you seen cases where mid-cycle revisions actually go through?
