Genpact: 17 LPA (15.5 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Since the CTC is similar, I’d really appreciate insights on: • Work culture & WLB
• Growth for SDET roles
• Variable pay reliability
• Bangalore office experience

They want to encourage us to “bring our whole self to work” while putting us in situations where we can’t be our whole self.
