Offer: Deputed to Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia on payroll of AlFalak
Offered : 18000 (basic) + 1000 (transport) + 4500 (housing) = 23500 SAR pm. ~70 lakh rupees pa
Role: Software consultant

Current: US Based PBC in Pune
Role: Technical Lead
CTC: 50LPA

Former clerks that went the biglaw route: Did you use a recruiter (or, if not, do you wish you had)?

For context (not sure if this matters), I've accepted a post-clerkship biglaw offer but am interested in at least seeing what my options are/shopping other biglaw firms during my clerkship.

Nyc based. Is it at all possible to make at least 200 base in corp dev or strategy at a tech company? Super burned out but don’t want to take a paycut in base. I realize I’ll never make all in comp the same in tech but if I can match base I’d be content.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
