So want a suggestion which company should I join, which is better in working culture & for stable life, I’m very confused. Can someone help me on this please.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
