A serious question and need your help. I rented a parking spot from someone and it was agreed that there would be no car that would be parked in my spot. We have a signed agreement as well. There was a breach and when I arrived, the spot was occupied and I kinda let it go but the owner of the spot is really causing issues and threatening to cancel the spot.
