The Conflict: My DOJ is set for May 7th, but my LWD at my current firm is May 8th. I’ve requested an LWD revision/extension from the Accenture HR, but they are completely non-responsive.

The Dilemma: I also have a competitive offer. The overall CTC is the same, but the structure is much better: 6-8% variable pay vs. Accenture’s 21-27% variable.

How do I get HR to respond to the DOJ/LWD,Is it too late to negotiate

The new benchmark for software enterprise AE offers seems like $330-340 OTE. does this match what others are seeing?
