Hi everyone! So Im working with Primerica and I’ve learned about the rep that it has (pyramid schemes, scams, etc). My team and I are trying to clean up its rep so we can help others gain financial independence (whether it’s through working with us as agents or working with us as clients) I made google forms and a job posting to build credibility but I was wondering if anyone can provide more ideas on rebuilding that trust with people again? Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Should I decline the offer and ask to be considered for a higher role that better fits my qualifications? The offer I had was with a great bank but I'm overqualified for that. Its been hard to find a job because I dont have prior experiences.

What is the general compensation like and the career path after analyst? Is it more stimulating than FP&A? Does Treasury have desirable exit opportunities or do people typically continue the course and climb the company ladder?
