Our group recently began a mentoring program - 1st through 5th years get paired up with 6th year+ associates or partners and are encouraged to meet up (virtually) at least a couple times a month. I've never really had a proper mentor before - they've always been super formal and fizzled out after 1-2 sessions. Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
