When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?

I informally accepted a position at Silicon Valley Bank, after attempting to negotiate a higher wage, the recruiter advised this wasn't a possibility. However, while completing the background check I received another offer from Wells Fargo. The SVB position most aligns with my career objectives but the Wells Fargo position pays more (13k difference). I want the SVB position however I would like to leverage the Wells Fargo position to negotiate a higher salary. Any suggestions on strategy?

I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved.
