The HR asked me to upload my documents to the Capgemini career portal. However, when I try to create a new account, it says the account already exists. When I try the 'Forgot Password' option, I do not receive any email to reset it.

Does anyone know how to resolve this Capgemini career portal issue?

I will join Deloitte Hyderabad in Oct 22 as an Analyst - FPA with 1 year of experience. Can someone help me with the average fixed compensation?? They have offered 5.5 LPA fixed. I haven’t yet accepted their offer.

I’m an accounting advisory M2 in Los Angeles and hoping to find a position around $150k in industry. However a recruiter said that’s too high and I should be looking more around $130-140k, I can’t tell though if she’s being honest or just hoping I’ll take a smaller salary so that she can get an easier commission. I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.
Any experience with switching ADHD meds to improve sleep?
