If you are looking at it with monetary benefits, avoid giving to Europe. You'll not be able to save with that much pay along with your spouse.
If you look at it with work life balance, you should go you'll be able to live comfortably.
As they say, if you wanna earn money go to US and if you wanna enjoy WLB go to Europe
Financially the current arbitrage is in favour of India.
Ask for any position for your wife and if available then can enjoy better quality of life and security of Germany

Even with combined income, you can't save much in Germany
Hey, as per my experience 69k is very less in Germany considering 30 percent direct tax deductions, for your Indian salary to be matched you must at least be getting about 110k pa. Berlin area has very high rents, so this international exposure will leave you broke.
If they have a housing facility along with this salary you can think about it.
Considering the high taxes and cost of living in Germany
Go for the international exposure. If things doesn't turn out good, you can always come back and get this much in India.
