What's the monthly performance pay and performance bonus as combined it's coming 22% of the salary so all will be variable or anything we can get it fixed also out of these 2 components?

Does Delta offer complimentary meals on cross country (ATL - LAX) flights? Or is it like a first class only kind of thing? Are the choices any good?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

MBB folks on H1-B who recently switched to FAANG - did you run into any issues with visa transfer? My transfer has been filed and I’m a bit nervous about USCIS’ perception of consultants and the current sentiment around H1-B visas.
