How much EY IND pay for Manager level..
Hi everyone, I recently received an offer from Monitor Deloitte in the UK as a Scon with their Lifesciences practice. Annual remuneration of ~60k GBP is their officer + sponsor my work visa for my movement from India to UK.
However, dependent visa and relocation assistance they said will not be provided. Do you think this is a good offer to accept? My husband will not be able to travel along in this case and we may have to work out other arrangements to shift our belongings to UK🙄
Interviewed with Publicis Sapient last week and today the HR confirmed of postive response from Panel and mailed for documentation. Verbally agreed ctc is 17 lpa(includes 5% variable) , although I asked for 19 but she stated approval reasons but mentioned it will be increased before joining (as I have my appraisals also here in Pwc AC ). Am I being lowballed ? Current exp : 4.5 and CTC : 10+1.5 lpa. Also how flexible are they with joining dates ? Do they change in case of 3-4 days overlap ?

I believe that after 3 years of loyalty and service to your employer and in light of the fact that covid has left many employers in great need of help, the fact that, in the least, an inflation increase was not offered to you, if it were me, my resume would be ready and executed. Thanks for your feedback. It was just the reassurance I needed. Went in today to discuss compensation and they started talking in the past tense like I no longer work there and by the end that was the case. Oh, they didn’t even blink when I pointed out my grievances about compensation, workload, etc. I’m sure they were just counting down the days until I said something 🤷♂️
Got my raise 2 years 3 months in. Only about 10% after inflation that cuts it to 4% but a raise. Most employees leave at 3 years here so there is that.
