IMO You’ll always find stupid people regardless of the level, but of course at mbb the ratio will be lower lol
Are you planning on talking to your clients??
Damn what are you trying to say about clients? LOL I'm pretty good at collaborating with clients and understand they present their own challenges. Focus of my question is on internal collaboration. I'm trying to avoid a situation where both my teammates and clients are mediocre.

It’s better to work with stupid people than people that are know it alls and obnoxious.
Take this as an opportunity to implement changes, add that to your resume “Led charge of ____ initiative to increase _____”
Then swing to MBB if you want.
