Am currently serving 3 notice period. Usually in most of the companies only last month salary of notice period will be withholded and the other 2 months will be paid.But here I Received only the first month salary of NP. And the ex-employees have told here they won't pay last 2 months and for FNF settlement we should do multiple follow ups to receive it.
Usually how it is paid in other companies and how many days we have to wait for FNF once we left the Organization.

EXL as AVP/Engagement manager at credit for fintech clients (42+5 LPA)

and

Accenture strategy as Manager in operations for banking (40+3 LPA)

Which one should he go for?

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.
Biometrics completed. Haven’t received any comm regarding my tourist visa approval. My partner already revived the visa long ago even if we allied together. Could it be because my US visa has expired? The reason I gave for applying for visitor visa was just for tourism purposes.

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
