I have 3 yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices, have cleared all rounds in Deloitte and KPMG, i'm asked to send required documents, I have 10.5lpa offer in hand, can I ask 11.5 lpa saying I have so and so offer in hand....?
Will they give that much?

For new hires of Jpmc,
Only get a MacBook if you already have a windows pc, citrix workspace works best on a windows. In mac you cannot use shortcuts like Alt+tab inside the VDI. So choose wisely

Hi folks, I need your help in choosing which one would be better to switch to? I have no Front End experience. Please provide your views.

1. JPMorgan Chase - Role - Associate (601 Grade): Consumer & Community Banking (22 LPA fixed). Not willing to match DBS Offer.

2. DBS Bank - Role - Senior Associate (Full Stack): Investment and Trading Technology (24.1 LPA fixed). Involves working in Front End as well.

CCTC: 10.2 LPA, YOE: 6.8 yrs

25M, unmotivated to work out because I’m so weak and scrawny. I can’t really develop a habit because I just get discouraged being the weakest person in the entire gym. I don’t really feel comfortable around free weights and I don’t want to waste a personal trainers time either.

Any advice to break this vicious cycle?
