Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

I feel like that. Poor work culture. Managers are like most irritating individuals. They themselves will do nothing and expect team to deliver everything before time and with perfection. What sort of chillar company it is? Also, you get begger sort of awards after 6months duration ...I am calling that because their spot award or caller territory awards comes up with Rs 750 INR. Hell!!
