Can somebody help here please... A friend of mine - fresher 2024 batch got placed in Hexaware (campus placement). Got letter of intent, no offer letter.
They have conducted online training sessions but didn't give any joining date yet. However some of his other training batchmates got the joining date.
Anybody has knowledge if he should look for other opportunities or the company is gonna acknowledge the offer?

Do visa employees have laptop options upon joining? What is the standard laptop?

Recently received offer from Oracle Solution Services India Private Limited and base location mentioned is Bangalore. Just was curious to know whether we have to go to office physically for the joining or we can join virtually as I am not in Bangalore.
