I am in a situation let's say I worked in company A in from August 2021 to December 01 2021 then I abscond the company A and join company B at December 01 2021 last week I gave an interview in tcs so date of exit in company A is 07 December 2021 and date of joining in company B is 01 December 2021 basically 7 days overlap but in my pf passbook company A didn't put any contribution of those 7 days in pf passbook only November month entry is there just wanted to know about bgc

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
