So, I’ve a master from a really good college, and 1 YOE. I’ve 3 pending offers, idk which is better. I’m leaving my current position because I don’t really get along with people here.

1. $125k with great work environment in a small company. Will have to do a lot of testing, rather than building. Steep learning curve.

2. $115k with 10k sign on. It’s Northrop Grumman, and idk if it would be a great idea to work for a big company. I’ll be working with spacecraft. Unknown work culture and team.

Completely miserable at my current job working as an Onboarding Manager, which includes tech training and implementation/deployment. I’m looking to move into training/HR but not sure how, I’ve changed my resume to be training focused and also have a lot of experience at startups building teams, processes and culture from scratch. 1. 110 base + 5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
2. 130 base + 1.5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
Current strike price ~$5
Exercise price ~$1

I’m wondering if people here could provide an estimate on how competitive an offer like this is? I expected something closer to 150k base but not sure if that’s unrealistic or not
