Hi fishes, I got 24 lpa fixed offer at LTM but am rethinking if it is safe to join. My original offer from Infosys was 21 fixed which I used as a counter. Project details are unknown for both.

I only have 4.5 yoe as SAP developer with current 13lpa. I know I can do good work in the long run but I might give the impression of under confidence in the first few weeks (as per my last experiences).

So, should I choose LTM? In my case, is it worth joining at this high CTC at less experience?

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether). I’ve only ever done professional malpractice (legal, med mal, etc) and feel like those skills will not transfer as well if I had done transactional work. Ideally I would like to transition to something in-house. Any suggestions as to what jobs/industries I could transfer into with only litigation experience?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.
