Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

I’m in a similar spot. Interviewed at Fuqua, Ross, and Darden—would be a huge disappointment after all the hard work to strike out and go 0/3...
Good luck all. Anxious to hear results
Don’t think there is much data on that, but anecdotally it seems like people usually get at least one acceptance with multiple interviews.
No, interviews are just one component. You can do great on an interview and still get waitlisted/rejected. Most of the T15 schools have around a 50% acceptance rate post interview and I would be surprised if nearly half the people were tanking their interviews.
Interviews at all my schools (top 10s and m7s) and wait listed at every single one. Even had one tell me there was nothing to change about my application. Makes you want to find the nearest bridge
How many did you interview?
Coach
Generally speaking, if you interview with 3+ schools, and assuming the decisions are independent (e.g. you don't systematically interview well or poorly), the median candidate would get into 1, maybe 2. This doesn't mean you won't strike out, but the overall odds are probably in your favor at this point, ceteris paribus.
As for what it means if you don't get in somewhere...who knows? maybe you tanked an interview. maybe you did well but another candidate with identical scores and backgrounds blew them away. maybe you did well, but they had concerns about your app that you didn't address. Maybe it just didn't feel like a fit. maybe it was chance. Schools all approach these decisions differently; it's hard to say with any authority what happened in a given case unless you're on the inside.
Stats pls
It depends on your interviews completely. I had 5 M7 / HSW interviews in round 1 and got 2 decline, 2 acceptances and 1 waitlist. Both acceptances came later in December, a week after other results and it became scary for a while. Go in with good morale for the interview and it will work out
It doesn’t depend entirely on interview. They review everything after the interview again.
