I got shortlisted for the SSE Frontend role at Paytm after clearing all interview rounds. I also had a discussion with the HR on November 20th regarding the offer, but I haven’t received it yet. The HR mentioned that there are stages of approval pending and the offer would be released within 2-3 days post-approval.

Can anyone share their experience? Is it common for paytm to take this long, or could they still be considering other candidates?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
