I have completed two rounds with Sanofi ! For Advanced Analytics Manager Role . They have scheduled a HR round . Would like to know the following things :
1. Can I consider this this will roll up to an offer around 80% likely to get
2 . How much time will it take to convert into offer after HR rounds . 3 how is the work life balance over all in Sanofi .

Congni consulting - 20 lpa gurgaon (more rent)
Ameriprise - 18.3 +1.5 jb (not considering this cuz not as per my domian)

Iris - in talks 19 fixed probably similar to cogni.

Looking to chane in top investment bank in next switch , other that that job security is concern.
