I have overall 8.6 yrs experience on mainframe and current CTC is 30 fixed, working in Fiserv company. Recently I have got an offer from wipro with 38 fixed + 3 variable for B3 band. Is it Good to switch from fiserv to wipro? And Wipro HR disclosed the project details and will be allocated from day 1.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
