I am an android developer with 10+ yoe and I want to move to another company. I got calls from Robert Bosch a couple of times for an Android Architect post. Has anyone attended this interview. If so, how hard it was, and what were the interview questions asked. Please do let me know.
If I really don't like consulting and have 0 interest in doing the partner track, does it make sense to take a job at another big 4 firm for a $50k raise and title bump to M for a year or two and then jump to industry or should I get out now before I golden handcuff myself to consulting (I've been searching for jobs for 5 months now and usually end when they hear what I want as a base comp of ~200k).
Do others have stories of trying to get out but failing?
Currently have 10 YoE and a MBA.
If anyone is interested in a tax position at CohnReznick, please feel free to DM me! Fantastic firm overall. Great work life balance compared to big 4 from my experience, I’m very happy with the comp, and our positions are fully remote to the extent you want them to be. DM me to find out more!

I’m fearful that I have ADHD but I don’t really want to be medicated. I used to take adderall and hated the way it would make me feel (loss of appetite and trouble falling asleep). I’m going to be drastically cutting down my alcohol consumption and increasing my exercise. Has anyone else gone through this without being medicated and any other tips to deal with it?
What's your adderall dose?

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Appreciate the input.

I’m a new senior manager in tax. Just got promoted this year. How do I know that I’m able to get to partner vs the firm seeing me as a sm only? What can I do to differentiate and also how do I prevent being overworked? I’m scared I would say I’m interested in partner, but then the firm seeing me as a workhorse and not promoting me. I feel like I want to spend my first year becoming more tax technical and building up my management skills. Then consider asking my coach about partner potential.
