I absolutely hate my job and would like to resign ASAP but my bond period is until Feb 2023 but they are already having a qualifying exam which I won't clear and will get fired anyways in Jan 2023...but they are refusing to let me go without paying bond money.. Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?
