I just had an initial phone screen for a new Senior HR Generalist role, and the salary is $10k less than the low number I offered when he asked for my salary expectations. I’m at $85 with my current role, so I asked for $90-$95 for this role. However he told me the salary is $80. Guys. I got an offer from TCS at the Associate Consultant level. In the performance pay section, there are two kinds of pay -

1. Monthly performance pay
2. Performance bonus

Which one is the variable component? I guess the "performance bonus". Please suggest.
