Sorry ☹️ I’m hoping for the best but prepared to be disappointed

I was just promoted to manager last year but hoping for a nice raise 🤞

Same. I was promoted 6 months ago. Now the incoming promos are making more than me. Is it wrong of me to expect a raise 6 months after receiving one??

Not as good as I anticipated but not too bad either. I can’t wait to collect my 7/15 paycheck and bonus. It’s one thing knowing your raise/bonus, another thing to actually see those cash in your bank accounts lol

EY3, I know very true. I normally did my upfront calculations conservatively so I don’t set my expectations high 🤣

Depends. If you are homegrown and started within the past 2 years as a new hire, raises were good because you started low and the cohort is higher than it was in the past at lower levels. But people who got higher salaries for their level based on performance in the past got screwed because they’re being brought down to their piers and only reward for performance now is bonus. So high performers didn’t get a nice raise. Like I know someone who got T1 but got 1% raise because they were being paid much higher than their piers because of consistently being T1

Keeping my expectations low.

bad. no promotion no raise. While the person next to me literally coast through the whole season got promoted. Gonna look for new job.

Yes it is. They make it appears they are working long hours, but in fact they took the half day chit chatting and joke around, and bill the whole day. And just appear to be busy and do stuff when the partners are around. Of course you can stay 2 hours late if you took the half day coasting. Not to mention this person has a connection. This office politics is so dumb. And the person who took the short cut and easy route gets promoted. No wonder no people want to be in public anymore.

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?

If I should negotiate, any tips?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?
