Hi Fishes,

I have worked in EY GDS for the past 2 years and Now i have another offer letter, how do i proceed with the resignation? Should I do the resignation first then connect with the counselor/Project Manager or should i connect with them first and then resign? can someone give me a rough idea of whats the process of resigning?EY

There are lot of orthodox people at higher senio managers now.... they don't know terms like inflation...they were earning 10 lakhs with 10 year of experience and now unfortunately they are expecting everyone to get those numbers... someone has to re wire their brain...anyways you know the attrition rate.

But these thick heads don't understand this. Such ideology is ruining people's health and EY culture. They should hire new managers FOR REAL.

Such dirty politics they play. Can't handle it.
