Hello, currently I am on notice period, last month I have worked on saturday and applied for compensatory off in BMS tool, and in workday I had applied as Casual time off as my manager told m to do so. now I am getting leave type mismatch email , and manager is saying you can ignore that email. I’ve been practicing in traditional labor for about two years now (although about a decade of labor relations experience) but I’m trying to break into employee benefits law. Unfortunately I’m not being given much experience in benefits as I’m pretty typecast as a labor atty. Any advice on how I can go about getting employee benefit experience? My long term goal is to have benefits be my main area of practice.

I got 17 LPA fixed from one company but client was domestic and location was out of my hometown. But declined it and joined at 12 LPA.

I feel like the urge to run away whenever I'm unable to perform well or understand things. I feel like an impostor getting lucky along my career path. Deep down I know I can do it but I'm slow. Switching jobs is not the solution I feel as I've already tried that. I feel like if I communicate my shortcomings I'll be questioned of my prior experience.
