I recently cleared the Technical round in BMW Tech Works and I had the Cultural Fitment round, I was asked very general questions in this round, more about introducing myself, my hobbies, strength and Weakness.

Will I get selected in this round. I didn't actually prepare for the Cultural Fitment round, but questions were general.

Can you share me your experience and tell me if this round is important?
