I save 33% for taxes.

If you’re in NYC, it’s best to tuck 40% away for taxes

likesmart

Bizarre. In that case, I’d look up your highest federal tax bracket and save that percentage. (Federal tax brackets are progressive so you’ll have some funds left over)

helpful

Your CPA should be sending you quarterly tax vouchers

If you make more than 100k a year on 1099 you should have a professional setting up an S-corp and a proper tax structure. You’ll pay closer to 20% Total

I have my own S-Corp. better for my taxes

Depends on your income bracket. Google “federal tax rates/brackets 2022”

Facebook Ads after iOS 14 changes.

I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.

Is it totally weird to request another meeting after getting a job offer to make sure it's a right fit? 🤔

I've noticed that sometimes I still have lingering questions. ❔

I've been burnt out by toxic work environments, so I don't want to make another mistake. 🙄

How would you handle this logistics of this meeting? (Timing - after the offer but with time before you start? How to phrase the reason why?)

Thanks! 🔅☺️

Hi all, I have been in my present workplace for 3 years and I know I am underpaid as per present market standards.

Want to find out how much would be a realistic quote to ask for if I switch irrespective of the present salary.

Can someone throw some light on what is the expected salary for a data/business analyst profile with 5 years experience as per market standards.

Experience: SQL, Python (basic modelling). Have some experience with BI tools and Adobe Analytics.

TIA for the help.

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
