Current - team lead. permanent WFH (living in tier 3 cuty), 13LPA fixed + 3.65LPA (allowances & bonus).
Offered - assistant manager cx ops rols. 23 lpa fixed. Hybrid but relocation to Gurgaon.

Should I switch or decline the offer?

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
