I’m 29M (8 years of experience) with 22.5 LPA. (In hand 1.45 Lakhs after deductions). In Pune location.

I am having permanent work from home with moderate workload but flexible working hours. And am able to manage personal activities around working hours smartly.

I have appraisal due this month. Waiting for 1:1 with manager.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?
