I’m hating my job so bad I fantasize about walking out on my boss. My work itself is enjoyable but my boss (co-founder and CEO of a Series C startup) has become such a pain it ruins my mental health and family life. Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY.
